RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS

Only manufacturing/production physical defects or wrongly sent item(s) are eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are only available for size and/or the same design, subject to our stock availability.

Returns due to color variances will not be accepted as defects.

Returns or exchange must be made within 7 days upon receiving your item(s).

Item(s) must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original packaging). Returns that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.

For exchange request such as changing colour, 30% handling fee from item price will be charged.

Shipping cost for the return will be borne by customers, unless item(s) were received faulty from our side. New item(s) will only be shipped once return item(s) reached our physical store.
